About Us
Marshall Scott started working in the solar industry in 2002, first as an installer, then as department lead in pool and solar electric, and finally as operations manager. He worked for Light Energy Systems (LES), a company that had existed 28 years under the leadership of Duane and Karen Campbell. Through its longevity, Light Energy Systems learned the value of a robust, high quality install; the kind of install that will last decades. These values were passed down to their employees and are the core of Sun Marshall’s installation standards.

Unfortunately, Light Energy Systems was a casualty of the 2008 economic recession and Sun Marshall opened as a direct result of Light Energy Systems' closure. Marshall saw that the LES customers were left without any support. Since he personally knew a large number of the customers, he started Sun Marshall to fulfill those needs. As a small business and homeowner, Marshall works to create a high quality install at an affordable rate.
He also values honesty and transparency and works to embody those values to his customers.
